We arrange appointments by availability of your schedule and our available investigators. We aim to investigate at night. To uphold the integrity of the investigation, we ask that all residents of your home, both human and animal, be absent during the investigation. This is to maintain purity of the location and reduce contamination.
The length of the investigation will vary depending on availability, depth of concerns expressed, and size of location.

Our Goal
At White Owl, our goal is to address concerns you're experiencing. Are you hearing strange noises or voices without a body? Are you seeing things you can't explain? Our goal is to debunk what we can. Many unexplained experiences may be rooted more in the natural world than the supernatural. Of course, there are sometimes things we can't explain and share our findings with you.

There are many pieces of equipment we can utilize during an investigation. Some of these tools can be easily found in stores and across the web. Others, however, can be more costly and have been acquired to continue helping individuals like you. Not all equipment will be brought to every investigation.

Audio Recorder: Digital recording, when reviewed and played back, can sometimes reveal voices that weren't heard in person. These detached voices are part of the phenomenon called EVP, or Electronic Voice Phenomenon. Throughout our investigations we have come across many EVP's that can't be explained.
Infrared Video Camera: Utilizing infrared light, our cameras can take video in near and complete darkness. This allows us to see things, on playback, that we can not see with the naked eye.
K2 Meter: The K2 meter, or EMF detector, can detect fluctuations in electromagnetic fields. Despite its fallibility in detecting possible paranormal activity, it can better identify high EMF fields, which are more likely to cause physical side effects to the living.
FLIR Thermal Camera: A thermal camera, like the infrared camera, can be utilized in complete darkness. The camera picks up thermal (heat) signatures to identify variations in temperatures in the environment. Sometimes anomalies are observed, though it is likewise useful in revealing drafts and ventilation issues.
